Knowing that moms especially tend to trust peers over brands, we built a Responsive, SEO targeted site called The Tip Exchange. The website enabled moms to share their home-care expertise in a community setting.
During the summer, when moms are faced with the highest concentration of stains (i.e. ice cream, BBQ, grass) we ran a sweepstakes to encourage the posting of questions, tips and videos. Over 40K people have posted tips.
In 3 months, enthusiastic participation was developed across multiple digital channels reaching over 37M users. Resolve’s digital share of voice increased by 15%, and the site gained over 1M visitors.VIEW LIVE SITE→
